I was incredibly nervous about having a small growth removed from my lower eyelid. Jasmin at reception was very welcoming and nice and helped me get signed in. The nurse, Lois, immediately put me at ease and was incredibly kind. I believe she saw how nervous I was and helped me stay calm by talking through everything. Dr. Orsini was wonderful and explained why it was best to remove the small growth. The procedure was quick and efficient and I’m so glad I got it taken care of sooner rather than later. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice.

My experience was very positive. Everyone was nice and respectful. The procedure was shorter than expected but everyone will have their experience in that differently. The workplace was very clean and pleasant. I highly recommend this surgical dermatology office.

They both explained to me exactly what to expect and they were kind, caring, professional, and excellent throughout the entire process. Their nursing staff was also excellent and made me feel comfortable and cared for from the time I entered the office until the time I left. Appreciated the opportunity for my wife to Participate up until the actual surger began. Enjoyed chatting with both doctors during the procedure. Also, extremely happy upon learning they had both interned at U of M in Ann Arbor, a top-notch cosmetology hospital. All staff acted in very professional manners. 👍🏼

Very clean, extremely friendly. I left the practice feeling positive on how to take care of my post surgery by the thorough after care instructions and all my questions answered. I highly recommend. Very satisfied with staff, surgeon and cleanliness. I also should add my surgeon did an amazing job with my stitches, I feel any scarring will be minable to the clean stitching, thank you for your steady hand!
