’m writing this review because I was hoping to improve the appearance of a scar on my nose, only to end up with a result that is significantly worse than when I started. The scar is now thicker and more prominent, which has been incredibly devastating for me both emotionally and financially. When I expressed my concerns and told her that I didn’t see any improvement, she simply said there was “nothing more she could do.” I would completely understand if she felt she wasn’t qualified to continue treatment, but what I cannot understand is how my scar was actively worsened after trusting her with such a sensitive area. This experience has left me heartbroken. I’m sharing this in hopes that others will be aware and make informed decisions before seeking treatment here.
