He is the absolute best around! I have been seeing doctor Heinrich for years now. It all started with melanoma on my ear and he reconstructed my ear. You really can’t even tell. Everyone I have referred to see Dr. Heinrich have nothing but positive things to say!

I have lived all over the US and one of the hardest things about relocating is finding good healthcare providers. Dr. James Heinrich is no less than amazing. I have suffered my entire life with sinus issues and since I was 17 with migraines. For the last year I have been battling chronic sinusitus and bronchitis after being treated with more rounds of antibiotics and steroids than I care to count when my husband and I relocated to SoCal and the infection came back I made an appointment with Dr. Heinrich and I couldn't be happier I did. He has amazing bedside manner and it is obvious that he cares deeply about his patients. I immediately felt a connection and level of trust with him that I haven't found elsewhere. He happily answered all my questions and informed me of my options. I am now a week out of sinus surgery and I already feel so much better than I did. My husband has sleep apnea and hasn't been able to breath through his nose in a very long time. He will be having surgery with Dr. Heinrich in the coming weeks and I am excited to see how much better both of our lives become thanks to Dr. Heinrich and his team. His team also went to bat with my insurance company to get migraine treatment with Botox approved and we started that treatment today. I can't say enough amazing things about Dr Heinrich and the team. If you suffer with sinus issues or migraines I would highly recommend you go see him. I have a feeling even if I end up having to relocate again for work I will be making trips back to see him at least once a year so he can be a permanent part of my healthcare team.

Referred to Dr. HEINRICH for a skin graft in my ear. First appointment to evaluate my situation. Two days later I was in the operating room. Skin graft was successful. Have had weekly and monthly visits to evaluate my progress. Progressing very good. Office staff and nurses very courteous and professional. They make you very comfortable by addressing you by your first name, make you feel welcome. Office visits are on time, no waiting. Office very clean and neat. Reception area very soothing and calm. Dr. HEINRICH is a very professional, caring and sociable doctor. In my opinion I couldn't have been referred to a better specialist to handle my problem. Thank you.

Fortunately, I was steered to Dr. James Heinrich by another physician to handle my medical issue, SCC on my face. 1st impressions are usually lasting and are usually correct! On 1st visit, Dr. Heinrich made a confidence instilling impression which I still continue to carry during my post surgery healing process. In summary, all I can say is the fate of my choice definitely turned out to be a winner, I feel good. Definitely a 5 thumbs up for Dr. Heinrich.

I went to Dr. Heinrich for ENT. My first appointment I waited 35 minutes in the room waiting when I arrived on time. Apparently, I got an endoscopy, which is something that I found out when I got my bill for close to $500 for a 10 min appointment where he talked more about my adult braces than he did my sinuses, which is what I went in for. He also asked me if I had a significant other and when I said that I did, he asked which gender, and then asked if he added to the stress in my life. Ultimately, he said that he couldn't see much and ordered a CT scan. When I went in for my follow up appointment to my CT scan, he specifically asked me to go pick up the CD of my scan so that we could review it. Again, I waited in the room for a long time and when he came in, he spent 5 minutes having the same conversation about my braces and spent about 30 seconds saying that if I get another sinus infection to call and left to go to another patient's room. I had to run after him to ask about the results of my scan which I went out of my way to go get and he said that it looked like I had some sinus problems, but to just call if I got a sinus infection. That 5 min appointment cost me $160 for "Office Visit, Detailed"
