Top notch staff and doctors. They have performed miracles for our baby girl. Dr. Tibesar is the best in the world. No joke. He literally is the best and we are lucky to have him here in MN. He is a saint!

Our son took a very bad face plant and we ended up in the Children’s Hospital ER. His lip was completely lacerated so they determined it would be best to have an ENT repair it. Dr. Redmann and another surgeon came in to check him out and then come up with a plan. We ended up having his lip repaired in the OR. After the surgery, Dr. Redmann was unable to come talk with me due to an emergency but he went out of his way to come find me and my son in the pharmacy after we were discharged to let us know how everything went. I did not expect that at all and it was so incredibly kind of him to go out of his way to locate us before we left. The care we received was exceptional. It went above and beyond and made me as a mom feel completely comfortable and trusting of the care my son was in. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Redmann enough, he is an exceptional doctor and truly a wonderful human.

I brought 2 of my daughters into two separate apt. within the same week. Our older daughter’s appointment was wonderful. The staff was so kind and helpful at making my 2.5 year old feel comfortable even after being scoped to see inside her nose. But my 4 month olds experience was not great. We saw Dr. Van Heest and he didn’t smile once when we’re in there, did not engage with my chatting smiley four month old, and just overall did not seem like he wanted to be there. And when we were explaining our concerns with a tongue tie he basically said that it isn’t there and that my baby just preferred the bottle over the breast even though it took her two weeks to finally take a bottle. We were feeding her by syringe to get her to gain weight and she had preferred to breastfeed. I had voiced my desire to go back to nursing exclusively and he disregarded me and said as long as she’s gaining weight I shouldnt worry about it. It felt very patronizing and like my concerns were not given sufficient thought. We also discussed her chronic congestion, she has been congested since she was born and everyday we have to suck boogers out of her nose sometimes multiple times a day, she was admitted to the NiCU at five days old for not being able to breath properly due to congestion. Again just kind of disregarded. I left the appointment feeling like it was a waste of time and have been calling other places to see if they can help us with these issues, pediatric dentist, speech therapist, and cranial sacral and myofunctional therapy. Which will mostly cost of out pocket.

The staff at the Saint Paul location is extremely rude!!! Dr Reddman is RUDE also!!! Last year he did an MRI on my daughter’s sinuses and called me with the results , stated she needed to have surgery if she continues to have chronic sinus infections. She has had chronic sinus infections (12 in the last year), so I made a follow-up visit and he stated there’s nothing that he can do for her (even though he stated that she would need surgery) This clinic is out for money and that’s it. They don’t care about their patients at all. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!!! All the staff are disgustingly RUDE! Lauren is a nurse there and she is terrible. Extremely rude and has no empathy at all.

Brought my son in to remove a foreign object from his ear. Was told that the first step was try to manually remove it and if that did not work then surgery would be our best bet. During the procedure they told my son that they were just looking in his ear with a flashlight. What they were actually doing is trying to remove the object. He got super upset and told them they were lying. Because of this it stressed him out considerably and they could not finish the procedure. They then told me that the surgeon had gone home so I would have to schedule it for a different day. Their bedside manner of lying to a patient is atrocious. Forcing me to come in on a different day because someone went home is also aggravating since I will have to take a second day off work now. Go somewhere else if you have the option and want to be respected by the staff.
