I drove 2 hours to get an estimate for work on my eyes because I had several people recommend them. Bright, clean, beautiful clinic! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Bruce was very informative and explained everything I needed to know. I definitely see them in my future♡

I have been seeing my nurse injector for a while now, and I trust her completely. She is always professional and honest, and she takes the time to understand my goals. Her work is very precise and natural—I always feel refreshed and confident, never overdone. Over the years, she has consistently delivered beautiful results. She truly cares about her clients, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust long-term.

Martina has been so wonderful and my rock throughout my recent procedure and as I was transferred from Dr. Blake to Dr. Bruce. Dr. Bruce was great in assessing and putting together an “action plan” for me.

UPDATE*** This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had. I originally scheduled a lymphatic massage and have now been forced to reschedule twice. Both times I rearranged my personal schedule to accommodate them, only to be met with zero consideration for my time. There was absolutely no explanation given either time. Not even a basic courtesy reason. Just “your appointment needs to be rescheduled.” That’s it. What made it even worse is that they actually called to “confirm” my appointment, and after I confirmed, they then asked me to reschedule. That is beyond disorganized. Why confirm something you already know you’re going to change? There is clearly a serious lack of communication and professionalism here. No accountability, no transparency, and no respect for clients’ time. At this point, it feels completely unreliable. The owner responded to my review, so I want to be very clear: AT NO POINT was I given a reason for either reschedule when originally told. If someone had been ill, I would have completely understood and would not have left a review.. I strongly suggest the owner listen to the recorded calls before responding. In addition, maybe take this as a learning lesson to hire more than 1 person to keep reliable clients that have spent over 15k at your clinic. He did call me before responding to my review. I returned his call and left a voicemail, and I never received a response. The only time I heard anything about an employee being ill was in his public reply, not in any direct communication with me. That kind of after-the-fact explanation only makes this situation worse. Overall, as a business owner communication should not come from you, it should have come from the team speaking to the clients. I am not someone to complain if someone is sick because that’s how the response is treating to make it seem. I would not recommend booking here unless you’re okay with your time being treated like it doesn’t matter.

Cancelled my wife's breast augmentation 15 hours the night before her operation. The pre op's with them and her doctor were now just wasted time. Give you a date weeks before your procedure that must be paid on and they can't even make it happen. Best they could offer was maybe get you in next week, like the both of us didn't just take off of work for the original operation date, and her recovery time, Doesn't work that work like. After seeing reviews of other patients appointments cancelled I'm no longer surprised. Don't count on them!!
