I originally called for an appointment and the lady I talked to on the phone told me to come in on Wednesdays for a walk in. I went in last week and they said they were too booked up so they made me an appointment for 2pm the next Monday. I didn’t get a text or email confirming my appointment but showed up anyways. Waited in the corridor and it took 10 min before anyone checked me in, they put me in a room then told me they were backed up and weren’t sure how long it would be. I waited for a long time then decided to leave because no one gave me an eta. Why even book me the appointment if it’s going to 45 min later than scheduled? I understand people get backed up but a phone call would have been nice so I didn’t waste my time. Hate to leave a bad review because a friend referred me but I would suggest not going here.
