New Me Plastic Surgery

I had my tummy tuck on April 23, 2026 with Dr. Triggs and I just have to say NewMe Plastic Surgery has been amazing from start to finish. Everything was super professional and organized. Pre-op was quick (only the paperwork took a little time), and the anesthesiologist was so nice. Dr. Triggs made me feel comfortable and honestly excited going into surgery. Now being post-op, everything has been smooth so far and I’m already feeling excited seeing my results — I know I’m going to love them! He also did my lipo/BBL last year, so I already trusted his work. Even after I got home and had questions, Dr. Triggs’ post-op nurse replied very quickly and was extremely helpful. The communication and care have been amazing throughout the whole process. I honestly wouldn’t choose a different surgery center and highly recommend them to anyone considering surgery.

Everything went so smoothly from Pre-Op to Post-Op. Dr. Triggs was the one I wanted going in, so I knew I would be in good hands. Ian, the anesthesiologist was very informative and thorough and made me feel so comfortable. After surgery and the next day in Post-Op, Lorena and Jennifer were so sweet and helpful and friendly. They took such great care of me and made sure I was feeling comfortable. They explained aftercare so well and I didn’t feel like I had any questions left to ask after speaking with them. Would absolutely recommend New Me Plastic Surgery to anyone considering a procedure. The staff is the best!

I cannot recommend Dr. Triggs and the team enough. From the moment I walked into the office, I knew I was in good hands. The environment is incredible, but what truly stands out is the staff—they were genuinely caring every step of the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ 4.5/5 Stars I would like to thank the entire team at NewMe Health for a great experience! First, a huge thank you to Dr. Triggs for giving me such a natural result. My booty is a little bigger than I expected 😂, but he definitely understood the assignment! I specifically told him I didn’t want very wide hips because I didn’t want to look funny, and he listened to exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy with my results so far! A special shoutout to Ian, the anesthesiologist. He was hilarious and made all my nervousness disappear. We talked a lot before surgery, and he kept me laughing the whole time. He is very caring and has an amazing bedside manner. The front desk staff was also very helpful. I actually thought I wasn’t scheduled for my pre-op appointment and started getting nervous 😂, but as soon as I arrived, they reassured me and made sure everything was taken care of. The nurses and post-op staff were great as well. My post-op nurse checked everything thoroughly, gave me my Lovenox shot, and answered all of my questions. So far, my healing has been going really well. The only reason I’m giving 4.5 stars instead of 5 is that the billing department only accepts cash or checks, so make sure you’re prepared before your appointment. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and results, and I can’t wait to come back for future procedures. Thank you to everyone at NewMe for taking such good care of me! 💕✨
