It has been two months since my tummy tuck at the Miami Surgical Center. My experience was remarkable, incredibly happy with the service and care of everyone, from the doctor to the professional staff. Lily is excellent, responded all my questions, genuinely nice and was always available. When first walked in for the consult, everyone made me feel at ease and comfortable. After the surgery I received multiple calls and messages from staff checking up on my progress which makes me realize that I had selected the perfect place. I saw Dr. Orlando after my surgery, he was compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. They really do care about their patients and that made a world of difference for me. My results are incredible, I will be going back!!

Tatiana was on point with assisting me in getting started. knowledgeable to any questions or concerns regarding my surgery. Finding me deals that might interest me was awesome of her. Making sure that I was comfortable and confident in my decision making. It was Great just meeting her in general. Thank you sweetheart 😊

Customer service was great overall when you do reach someone to talk to. My surgeon was amazing during and after surgery my post Op care was great as well. Never had an issue they answered all my questions and help me fixed any issues I had. Would definitely recommend here for surgery. I have a history of clotting and they took all the necessary procedures to make sure I had a healthy surgery and performed my surgery in a hospital no complications after surgery am healing great and in love with my results so far

WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT GO. they rip you off, no organization what so ever, LIARS. they don’t know what there doing. waiting room all over the place packed. They owe my mom thousands of dollars because last minute right before my mom was going into surgery they told her they couldn’t do her bbl on her or lipo on her chin or arms nothing and they had made her pay for all of that all she got was a tummy tuck. after the surgery i told them when are they gonna give us our money back and they said they didn’t owe us anything which is a lie my mom has the contract. every appointment my mom goes to takes hours waiting just to go into the appointment for 5 minutes. on surgery day my mom went in at 12 got out until 7pm my mom has got a surgery before and it has not token more then 2-3 hours. ALL THESE PEOPLE WANT IS MONEY Before we drove 19 HOURS to florida we asked if the hotel that they were gonna give us is close and they said “yea yea it’s no more then 10 mins” when we got there and asked for the address of the place it was AN HOUR away from the surgery place so they lied. my mom is so disappointed. horrible place we had to pay more money to get an airbnb close to the surgery place and they kept the money for the hotel that was included in the package. They also forced her to buy a bbl pillow (WHICH SHE ALREADY HAS) and it was $100 Funny thing is she didn’t even get the pillow nor the bbl

Save yourself. I asked for a thigh lift. Woke up from surgery and only had thigh lipo. They gas lighted me for a year and said basically to wear the farmer and that it takes time to heal. It’s hard to get anyone even on the phone. Not to mention my legs are just deformed worse and they focused on one part of the thigh so only that’s now indented and made my legs look worse. Money was never the issue but now I’m terrified to even get it fixed incase the same thing happens. You can see where I needed the thigh lift and you can also see the area they did lipo on. Definitely not a thigh lift.
