Had a great experience here! The office itself is clean, well lit, well laid out, and staff here was such a pleasure to work with! Taylor, the Patient and Surgical coordinator was knowledgeable, helpful, and (unexpectedly) really fun! As a Wedding and Event DJ in Miami, Coral Gables, Key Largo, Islamorada, the Florida Keys, and Southwest Florida, I really appreciate great hospitality and fun vibes. Dr. Polo was knowledgeable and you can tell is experienced as well as compassionate and caring. First time I've ever visited a plastic surgeon since I'm in an image business, and they really made it enjoyable! Their prices seem a little higher, but well worth it given the quality of the facility & patient care, combined with the experience of Dr. Max Polo and others here. Highly recommend!!!

I had an incredible experience. First and foremost most my surgery exceeded my expectations. Dr. Polo is simply the best. The customer service is outstanding as well. Every staff member that I encountered made me feel welcomed and well cared for. I am extremely happy with my service experience.

Went today for the first time appointment. Was reminded about one day before , then the same day with all information and address, it was easy to find and get there, parking just a front, Doctor Polo Max and his assistants were very kind , I got little cold so they provided heater. Got all information what I need to know and consider,.perfectly Taylor Branch explained very well about payment options. What is very helpful to make decision. Thank you very much ,left office in great mood

I live in Boston and was not finding a plastic surgeon that met my criteria and someone suggested looking in Miami which worked well for me. I am so glad that I did because Dr. Polo and his team have been fabulous every step of the way for my drainless tummy tuck, lipo, and breast lift. I am 1 month post op and feeling great and looking great. I was so afraid to have this surgery and almost changed my mind but Dr. Polo and his team made me feel confident that I was making the right decision and I am so glad I went through with the surgery.
