I had an incredible experience with Dr. Miller at Miami Life Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Miller gave me all the information in detail and made sure I understood every part of the process. He was very professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. The coordinator was amazing and guided me through everything step by step. Even after surgery, the team continued to check on me and provide clear post-surgery instructions. I felt very supported during my recovery, My results are absolutely unbelievable. I’m so amazed every time I look in the mirror — it truly exceeded my expectation and truly grateful for the whole team. Highly recommend! And thank you very much!!!!

I wanted to write this because I almost let a bad tik tok review scare me out of going through my surgery at Miami life and I am so glad I didn’t. This was my second time getting lipo 360. My first experience was at Mia Aesthetics, so I have something to compare it to. This time around was completely different and a much better experience. From the beginning, I felt informed and safe. The surgeon took his time explaining everything to me, answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable instead of rushed. I never felt like just another patient. Pre op and post op were very efficient I was in and out without sitting around all day. What stood out the most was the follow up. They’ve called and texted me multiple times to check in on me and make sure my recovery is going okay. My doctor, Dr. Miller was amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring the entire time. Everyone’s experience can be different but mine was truly positive and I’m grateful I trusted my own experience instead of letting social media make that decision for me.

Smells so good as soon as you walk in, everything is so clean , the ladies are busy but super nice & sweet. I love that Dr.Nassif is 100% honest with his patients but he is the sweetest person !! Answered all my questions & the staff overall are really great! I do wish we were able to show inspo pictures to dr.nassif and i don’t like that even though they say we get a free faja, we really don’t.. but other than that my experience was really good!

My experience with this surgery center was extremely disappointing from start to finish. From the difficulty of getting in contact with the office staff and coordinators, to the pre-op consultation with Dr. Kaufman, and especially the post-op care and aftercare process, the entire experience was unacceptable. I honestly do not know where to begin, but I strongly recommend that anyone considering this surgery center or Dr. Kaufman look elsewhere. I underwent Lipo 360 and was considered a relatively easy patient since I did not have a significant amount of fat to remove. Despite that, the results were far below expectations. I was left with uneven liposuction results and noticeable fat pockets. I also had chin liposuction performed, and after surgery my chin was actively bleeding. I was not properly wrapped afterward, and no one seemed concerned enough to even apply gauze or provide appropriate post-operative care. The lack of attention, professionalism, and compassion throughout the process felt inhumane. Because of the physical results and the negligent aftercare I experienced, I will be pursuing legal action. I strongly advise others not to book procedures at this facility. this review doesn’t even touch all the points like the Surgery staff/coordinators walking out of their job while there were 10 patients that needed assistance. they just walked out and quit

I'm not sure where to really begin aside from the fact that I would not recommend this surgery center to anyone, even if you are in pristine health...be prepared to have additional money aside in the case where your surgery date gets canceled, rescheduled, your surgeon takes a vacation in the middle of your surgery date that you have booked with them, or absolutely do NOT fly down here until you receive that clearance email; avoid this place at all costs. I booked my surgery date all the way back in February , they are a high call volume center as expected of most popular cosmetic centers. I did not personally start experiencing problems until it got closer to my surgery date. I was called on 5/15 in which I recorded the call where my coordinator Elizabeth asked if I wanted to move my pre-op and surgery date up from 5/19 to 5/18 in which I asked her twice if I was cleared for surgery and she said yes. When I flew down, due to my eye condition I was told I specifically needed neurology clearance because my eye condition is a neurological disorder; in the original clearance note provided by both my neurologist and optomologist, Nassif did not feel comfortable moving forward with my case due to liability reasons which is completely understandable. The part that is not okay in which I have documented as well, I spoke with the care team in his office that same day and reached out to my coordinator multiple times to verify that my new neurology clearance letter was the only thing I needed in order to proceed with the original procedure that I already paid for in full as well as asking for the exact writing in which I have the text messages between Elizabeth and I. Today is 6/3/2026 and after flying back down here from out of state, Nassif refused me a second time (even with the new neurology letter provided because that is what I was told I needed to provide) Nassif expressed that he still did not feel comfortable with my case because of the old clearance letter and stated that I should've gotten a new clearance letter from my optomologist when I was NEVER told that originally. I flew down twice, paid for places to stay and a nurse to not only be refused by him and other surgeons at the center, but feel pressured into accepting liposuction only which is not what agreeed to, paid for, or wanted in the first place. Months of planning in advance and working hard to save money for this procedure has been wasted due to communication not being fully transparent; if he did not feel comfortable performing the procedure, why did he not express that earlier or the first time I came all the way down here? Due to the emotional stress and additional money lost where I still did not end up with a cosmetic procedure, I will be pursing other avenues to further advocate for myself and lawfully, I am not the only case where this has happened to others but I am letting this be a lesson and warning others that read my review to look elsewhere, especially if you've had a history of medical issues or booked with a surgeon here in Miami where they are notorious for being overbooked, rushing through procedures, not having empathetic staff, or having unreliable communication on their end, save your money and go elsewhere or within your state if possible. Side Note: I am in a Kaufman & Nassif Doll Facebook group; if I had kept the surgery date of 5/20/26 where they gave me an extra day to either get "proper clearance" or where Nassif was willing to "compromise" by doing Lipo and injecting fat into my hips; my surgery was scheduled on 5/20/2026 at 2:30 pm. There was a girl in the Facebook group that stated she was also going to Nassif and her surgery time had been at noon , but she had not went back to get started for surgery until around 6-7 pm (I also saved those screenshots). That goes to show you how overbooked these doctors are and made it seem like they were going to waste my time in the first place; I'm thankful for the people in my inner circle for being here for me during this time, but I definitely should've listened to them more.
