I cannot possibly speak more highly of Dr. Keith Leblanc. First, he performed surgery on my mother and removed her cancer spot successfuly very close to her eye. I didn't even notice that he had done the procedure a short time after. While the removal of the cancer was the primary goal, the fact that you can't see his work is a bonus when dealing with someone's face. The team was responsive when she had questions after the surgery. Last, I have personally dealt with Dr. Leblanc and had only positive exeriences. He has my highest recommedation.

Very good experience with Dr. Rougelot and staff. All were professional and efficient. A job well done and very much appreciated. I highly recommend this group.

Dr. LeBlanc performed surgery on my husband at The Skin Surgery Centre and we had a very good experience. Everyone (Receptionist, Nurse & DR) did their very best to make us comfortable in a very stressful situation. We would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing MOHS.

Besides doing a fantastic mohs surgery procedure on the right side of my face, Dr. Keith LeBlanc and his stuff went out of their way to help me out. I am traveling the country, so not to hold me up, Dr. LeBlanc and his receptionist Cindy set me up with a referral doctor at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas to remove my stitches. I highly recommend Dr. LeBlanc as a professional surgeon who cares about his patients. Jim Urch

Mixed experience for me. The actual Mohs procedure went smoothly and quickly. The doctor had a lot of surgeries, so he was in and out very quickly. The assistant was very nice. I asked about billing at the front desk and she said I had to call someone in Covington once all the bills were totaled. I called for weeks with no response. I finally called the office again and the lady sent me a bill in the mail (she said it wouldn’t email), but it wasn’t what I needed. I kept trying the billing department still with no response. I called the regular office back again and passed on my frustration. A very nice lady got back to me, but she said now it was more difficult because they changed billing systems since my procedure. The ending is that after three follow up calls from her updating me on the progress, she could never provide what I needed for my insurance and she stopped calling. Great for them because I paid cash and terrible for me because it’s all out of pocket.
