I could not be more pleased! Dr. Hugh Francis came highly recommended from multiple sources and he was as friendly and professional as I had been told. In fact, his entire staff could not have been more helpful. Dr. Francis performed an umbilical hernia repair approx. two weeks ago and I completed my final check up today. He accurately prepared me for what to expect, performed the procedure, prescribed adequate pain meds, and his office's follow-up was excellent. He has an excellent bedside manner that made me feel like I was his only patient. I highly recommend Dr. Hugh Francis and everyone at Memphis Surgery Associates.

I met Dr Alan Hammond a few years back. I needed emergency surgery and he basically was the only surgeon in Memphis who would take my case around midnight on a Friday night. I have had a few more different surgeries after that one and Dr Hammond was my only choice of surgeons. He is a very gifted and kind Doctor. His staff is excellent and I recommend him highly.

They're not enough kind words to say about Dr Francis. From the office staff, nursing, scheduling-they made the process of getting your gallbladder out extremely seamless. His honesty, caring and personable nature is something often strived for in medical practices, and he has a perfected! They come with the highest recommendation!

I love Memphis Surgery Associates they have taken excellent care of me. Dr. M Payne has taken care of me as if I was his sister, cousin or any of his other family members.
