Dr. Patricia L. Eby, MD

I would like to share my experience because, if you’re anything like me, you’re probably reading countless reviews trying to make the right decision. Choosing a surgeon is such a personal and emotional process, and I did a lot of homework before deciding. I had several friends and acquaintances who had procedures done by Dr. Eby, all with different transformations and beautiful results. Still, I knew everyone’s body and goals are different, so I wanted to make sure she was the right fit for me. Before meeting Dr. Eby, I had consultations with two other surgeons. But honestly, it only took one visit with her for me to know. Dr. Eby was incredibly easy to talk to, knowledgeable, honest, and confident without ever being pushy. I had already researched her background and schooling beforehand, which gave me confidence going in, but meeting her in person sealed it for me. She spoke from experience and professionalism, but never oversold anything the way some other consultations felt. Instead, she took the time to explain what was realistically achievable for my body while still listening closely to what I wanted. I appreciated that so much because it created trust and realistic expectations rather than false promises. I even brought my boyfriend to my second consultation before making my final decision. He had attended the other consultations with me as well, and he immediately agreed that Dr. Eby truly knew what she was talking about and genuinely cared about her patients. For context, I had breast augmentation 20 years ago and was very large — what Dr. Eby described as a “G.” I also had a significant amount of natural breast tissue due to childhood development and weight fluctuations. Together, we decided to remove my old implants, reduce some breast tissue, and complete a breast lift to achieve a size and shape that would better fit both my body and my goals. I can honestly say I am over the moon with my results. Not only do I love how everything turned out aesthetically, but the level of care throughout the entire process was exceptional. One thing that really stood out to me was the amount of pre-surgery preparation and education she provides. I’ve had many friends undergo cosmetic procedures, and none of them experienced the level of detailed preparation and attention that Dr. Eby gives her patients. It truly shows how much she cares. As an artist, I deeply appreciate preparation and craftsmanship. A well-prepped canvas creates the best possible outcome, and I genuinely believe that’s how Dr. Eby approaches every patient — with intention, precision, care, and respect for the final result. Because of all the preparation and her incredible bedside manner, by the day of surgery I felt completely at peace. I knew I was in good hands, and I knew I had made the best decision possible. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Eby and her team, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering surgery.

This review is late, as I had gotten BA 5 years ago by Dr. Eby, and I must say I love my results. I did not want a large bust, as I did not think it would flatter my frame but Dr. ebby took the time to explain to me why I needed a bigger size implant than intended since my breast were stretched from pregnancy. Dr. Eby was amazing through & through and I have grown even more happy with my results as time has passed.

I originally went to Dr. Patricia Eby in 2020 to simply inquire if I needed to replace my saline breast implants due to age of implants that I have had for 28 years at the time.  I wasn’t having any problems and all still looked good.  She examined me and we discussed how I felt about them currently and after our conversation she stated that “if its not broke, just leave as is”.   I left feeling relieved.  As well, I was pleased by her genuine care and the time she took with me.  Fast forward to 2025.  Due to a recent mammogram that was extremely painful and left me sore for a week, I started noticing a hardness in the right side and the left side felt squishy.  I decided to return to Dr Eby.  It was obvious by the day of my appointment I was losing volume in the left implant and was having a slow leak due to the mammogram gone bad.  After examination she was able to help me carefully make the best solution for the silicone implants size/placement and other considerations due to my own personal size and scheduled me in for surgery 2 weeks later.   I returned a few days later to complete the paperwork and receive all my organized instructions and prescriptions in advance.  I’m very impressed with the organization of the office and the input they provide you in order to prepare you for your surgery.  Finally surgery day is here.  Upon checking into the surgery center, and being prepped, Dr Eby arrived for final discussion.  I knew I was somewhat of a challenge for fitting of my moderate side implants due to the very low volume of natural breast tissue due to my leanness, but Dr Eby said she loved a challenge.  In fact, she stated she had given it much consideration on performing this surgery prior to my actual surgery date!  I am currently 2 weeks and 2 days post-surgery and I am so amazed at the result.  I have never had such natural looking contoured breasts.  I have no doubt it’s the effort and time she took with me to help me achieve this successful surgery.  I highly recommend Dr Eby.  I also appreciate office staff member Lily who is responsible for assisting in questions, follow-ups, etc.  She even kept me in the loop after office hours.  Plastic surgery does involve so much and requires careful observation regardless of hour or day.  Dr Eby and Lily both provided me that type of support.  The best care team that goes above and beyond.....professional, caring, highly skilled, great listener!

Dr. Eby is amazing!!! She makes you feel very comfortable, answers questions and doesn’t make you feel rushed. I was so calm on surgery day. My follow up appointments have been wonderful. I can’t recommend her enough.

Dr. Eby is absolutely amazing!! From day 1 Dr. Eby, Lily and Gail have been great. They make you feel like family. I have had implants since the late 90's and have been having health issues for years. Dr. Eby did an explant and I have been off all my regular meds and feel great.
