This is a wonderful office! The office is so welcoming. Charlotte Jones PA-C and her MA were so thoughtful and kind. Charlotte took her time explaining my CT scan and results. She described every step and I truly felt that she cared about me as a patient. Truly amazing! This will definitely be my go-to office for anything ENT!

My visit to this medical office was exceptional. This has to be one of the most personable and professional medical offices I’ve ever encountered. My experience began with a warm welcome from the front office staff, Kim and Emily. Their genuine smiles and cheerful assistance in processing my intake questionnaire form immediately set a positive tone. For my ear infection , I was seen by Alison Ochoa, PA-C, who was not only extremely competent but also remarkably friendly. She truly went the extra mile, patiently and thoroughly answering every one of my numerous questions. Her gentle and caring technique while using the suction machine to clear the blockage in my ear canal was greatly appreciated. I am incredibly relieved and delighted to have found such an outstanding office for all future ENT issues.

I really appreciated how I was treated the moment I walked in for my first visit. I drove about an hour and a half to get there, and after that first experience, I didn’t even hesitate to make the drive again. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by such positive and welcoming employees. Their energy immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured that the whole visit and process would go smoothly. I met with PA Emily, who was great. She answered all of my questions and even followed up after the visit, which I really appreciated. I also like how professional the management is. They call to confirm your appointment ahead of time and send reminders too, which honestly helps people like me who might forget the time if it’s not written down somewhere, lol. Overall, it was a really great experience. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely be coming back.

I had a great experience with the whole staff here and especially Charlotte Cornette. She is very knowledgeable and comforting during the discussion of a procedure I am nervous about. She explained very thoroughly how sinuses work and what my procedure would be like. It calmed me enough to wanna go for it and now I am looking forward to my procedure and a better quality life, all thanks to the team here.

The ladies and the whole team here was amazing. Was told to visit an ENT by both a neurosurgeon and sleep doctor, and they actually came with a solution to chronic middle of the night headaches. Additionally everyone was personable and charismatic. They knew their stuff, made sound recommendations, and were thorough in their treatment plan! Well worth the drive from Inglewood to Long Beach!
