This place is AMAZING. I called on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to get me in, as a new patient, the next day. When I arrived the front desk staff was very helpful. The nurse (Zoey) who took me to the room was so sweet and professional. Dr. Thompson was the Doctor who treated me and he was exceptional! He explained things in a way that calmed my nerves and was very professional. He is the best! I would definitely come to this location again.

I had to have the MOHS procedure on my forehead. The staff was extremely friendly and informative. The procedure went very smoothly from my perspective (always a good thing!). Dr. Chastain and his PA did a fantastic job removing all the cancer and stitching me back up very precisely. A special thank you to his wonderful nurses as well! They made the experience, surprisingly, very pleasant! Excellence in motion.

I arrived early for my appointment. About 40 minutes, because there was no offical paperwork in the portal. But since I filled out the info(medical history, etc) in the portal. I had nothing but some consent forms, and one paper form. Which by the time I finished everything to sit down to do the paper form. The nurse called me back. Like okay, you can finish that form back here. She asked her questions, gave me a gown. I got changed, and was like time to finish this form. Nope Doctor was in. Thankfully it seems my issue was something minor and she had no concerns. She did explain what it was, told me a product to use that would help. I did finely get to complete the form once I got dressed. I was back in my car about 10 minutes before my appointment started. All of the staff were very kind. The doctor was informative, explained issue, way to prevent it(or more of them) and options if it needed to be removed.

As a long term patient of SCS, I was getting frustrated by the super quick scan of my body during my annual skin checks. This time, Sarah Riley spent lots of time, even looking with a magnifying glass. She was very thorough and kindly lectured me about my not using sun screen which led me to having a few BCC's removed in the past :\ My lobby wait time was only about 5 minutes and the same for my exam room time. I took heed of her advice and bought some mineral sunscreen. Still not a fan but I'll try some other ones before swearing them off completely again. Not a fan of the chemical soup ones and even the mineral ones hurt my sensitive eyes. Overall, a very good visit. Staff was great; Sarah was great!

They were listed under my sons insurance so I booked him an appointment that was a month and a half out. No problem at all. The issue that I have is the fact that they waited until 2 days before the appointment to confirm all his information and insurnace just to tell us that they don't actually take his insurance. Thats perfectly fine, but why would you wait over a month and a few weeks to let us know that? And all the receptionist could say was "that's just how we do things". Not only was she incredibly rude and disrespectful, they put me on a 15 minute hold and never came back. Even if they took my sons insurance, they will never see him just based on how the receptionist treated me.
