Absolutely amazing! Dr. Payne is an amazing doctor. I came into the ER and Dr. Payne stayed late to fit me into his schedule for emergency surgery. I then had a follow up appointment with him at Georgia Hand, Shoulder, & Elbow. It's an amazing facility, the faculty and nurses are nice, knowledgeable, helpful, & make the process very easy. Dr. Payne is the best doctor I've ever had. He's super intelligent, extremely helpful, cares about his patients, & takes the time to make sure you have everything you need to recover.
