Michael Petrosky, M.D.

My first breast augmentation was done in August 1998 by Dr Anthony Musarra here at Plastic Surgery Center of the South, who also helped my other family members years prior. He did an amazing job. When it came time for me to desire a second breast augmentation April 2023, Dr Musarra was unfortunately no longer with us and I chose Dr. Petrosky to do my second breast augmentation. I can say that I am very pleased with my results. I had zero complications. He was thorough and kind. I felt very comfortable with Dr Petrosky as I did Dr Musarra. He listened to every request that I had and provided exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Dr. Petrosky! The whole team at Plastic Surgery Center of the South is by far the kindest and most family-oriented group of people I have ever known. Their always helpful staff should be awarded for all their great work and clarity at all times.

I'm a male and I had gynecomastia surgery (liposuction) with this doctor 10 years ago and I'm still pleased with my results. He removed the breast tissue that exercise and diet couldn't remove. I can still wear shirts without worrying about a puffy chest. When I was recovering, he was always on call and was attentive to my recovery needs.

Dr. Petrosky is there epitome of what a PS should be: kind, thorough, and extremely skilled. He and his staff made my major procedure a breeze! I was very well cared for and my results are absolutely mind blowing! I couldn't be happier, so please take the poor reviews with a grain of salt.

I had lower tummy and outer thighs lipo 5 years ago. I am still trying to find the right doctor that can fix the mess Petrosky made. My stomach is completely botched and the ripples are a nightmare. He sucked all the fat that he could out of my thighs giving me a masculine look and my left thigh is skinnier than my right one. The skin glued to my hip bone and I have constant pain on my left leg. He took fat from under my butt and as a result my butt is droopy. I was told you have to be very careful when removing fat from under the butt or it will lose support and fall. They never sent me my surgery records and the nurse was rude several times. Dr. Petrosky said he would send me my records and never did. I sent him an email with my after pictures explaining my situation and asking for his help but my emails went ignored. I never heard back from anyone. This has been a living hell and It has affected me tremendously. I would stay away from this doctor.

I had rhinoplasty several years ago with Dr. Petrowski. I have never made such a bad decision in my entire life. Please if you are reading this go to another surgeon. Find any other surgeon. He is a terrible terrible Doctor Who does not know what he is doing. He completely mutilated my nose and I had to go and find another doctor tried to repair it. I still wanna cry every time I look in the mirror at what he did to me. I promise This review is true and genuine and I really had a rhinoplasty with him. I’m telling you if you’re considering this doctor please please go somewhere else. Do not make the decision I made. I can honestly say that using this Doctor Who is the worst choice I’ve ever made in my life. He is absolutely terrible he does not know what he is doing
