UofL Health – Chestnut Street Outpatient Center

This was the best experience I've had at a doctor's office hands down. The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Both physicians was just fantastic, they explained everything to me. The ultra sound team wonderful. Front desk team great. This office get 5 stars period. And what makes this so fantastic they had no ideas that I work in the UOFL system.

Excellent team of skilled healthcare professionals! This was my first real OBGYN appointment. I have suffered from severe menstrual pain, and the team here at UofL Health was extraordinary. They explained what the possibilities of my diagnosis were, treatment options, and processes in a thorough, helpful manner. They were extremely patient with me regarding my boundaries and took the time to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Me and my family love Dr. Miller he has been very informative and awesome to us. Dr. Miller has eased all my concerns within my pregnancy and just made me feel very safe and welcomed. Right when I walked in, the vibes I felt made me know that I was in good hands and they also reassured me of that out of their mouth! All of the nurses and doctors were sweet and caring and they all took their time to understand my issues and concerns. They got to the source of everything in a timely manner and helped me understand what I was dealing with and helped me understand the next steps I needed to take!!! I have never been treated so good at a doctor's office! I felt heard and understood after many years of being told nothing was wrong with me. Every staff member was kind and helpful. I appreciate everyone of you. I wish you all could see the positive impact you have on patients with the wonderful care you all give! Before I left we had a plan for my care. And they were considerate of my 4 hour travel time. My treatment plan was explained to me in a way I felt I could understand and all my questions were answered. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. I got lost 2 times and the staff was nice and helpful. Me coming to U of L and seeing Dr. Pasic and his staff is a blessing! Thank you for all you do !!
