He is seriously god sent and a blessing to thousands of children that come into this world. He is so dedicated to the work he performs for his patients, and it shows! I could cry because he is literally an Angel and idk what i would do or feel like if my son didn't have such a dedicated and caring plastic surgeon. He litetally does all he can to get the cleanest looking surgerys with the best outcome quality for the patient. This is my baby boy 6months old and my heart just throbs because his lip aand nose was perfect before to me but Dr.Rapp just made our life so much better on our clefty baby- he gets to have the pleasure to eat food off a spoon, and able to keep it in his mouth. He's still just as beautiful and perfect as he was before but he is complete now thanks to Dr.Rapp💗

Best pediatric plastic surgeon!!! He had excellent bed side manner....explained procedures thoroughly and answered all of our questions. He is truly an amazing physician!
