The staff are very pleasant on the phone and in the office. I felt they really care about you as an individual. Dr. Prescott was amazing! She took her time , was very thorough, listened and was very caring. She makes you feel very comfortable with her from the beginning. You can also have a family member that can’t be present be there on FaceTime during your consultation. Once you visit her office, you will not want to look elsewhere for any procedure you may need or would like done.

Dr. Prescott is the BEST plastic surgeon I’ve encountered, her compassion and desire to answer any and all questions. I felt as though I was the only patient she has. Having had Breast cancer with implants that were recalled I saw Dr. Prescott for an opinion and what she can do to help me. I felt very confident in choosing her for the removal of implants that she did not place as I had moved from Texas and was unable to have done by my previous plastic surgeon before moving. I know this was a huge ask for any plastic surgeon but she took great care of me from the first consult to after surgery, even checking on me the evening after my surgery and providing me a number to reach her directly if needed at anytime. I am grateful for Dr. Prescott and her team. Thank you!

From the very first consultation, the team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step of the process so I felt comfortable and informed. What really stood out to me was the level of care throughout the entire experience. Jessica and Dr. Prescott have followed up with me throughout my whole healing journey, making sure everything is progressing well and answering any questions I’ve had along the way. I reached out on a Sunday afternoon with a question about my recovery, and Dr. Prescott responded right away, which meant so much and gave me a lot of peace of mind. Dr. Prescott also takes pain management seriously and truly listens. I never felt dismissed, and any concerns I had were addressed thoughtfully and with care, which made a huge difference in my experience. The entire team is wonderful. Lauren does a phenomenal job with facials, and Abbey is great and very knowledgeable with Botox. Everyone is kind, professional, and easy to communicate with, and I always felt like I was in good hands. I’m still in the healing process, but I’m already seeing improvement and feel much more confident. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Prescott was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable in her field. She was explaining everything and anything I had questions for. She is so great at "dumming" it down for me to understand the exact procedure and what it entails. From start to finish. I would recommend Dr. Prescott and her staff for any of your needs.

I was able to get my appointment scheduled quickly. The office is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The staff made me feel comfortable right away and helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Prescott is wonderful—she took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, showed me before-and-after photos, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
