Dr Calobrace and his team knew my symptoms with capsular contracture without me having to tell him. Great team. Took lots of time talking with me and asked thorough questions about my expectations. Look forward to feeling comfortable in my body again. Hooray

Dr. Calobrace is so talented, that’s a given. He is the best plastic surgeon in this region of the country, no doubt. And I just love his personality. He inspires confidence and has incredible skills. But his whole crew, all the nurses, receptionists, Kate, everyone is so willing to help, friendly, quick to get things resolved. They always go above and beyond, so you really feel pampered and taken care of. The day after my surgery, Dr. Calobrace had to travel abroad and contacted me from his personal cell phone from the airports, just to touch base and make sure everything was ok. This is unheard of in today’s age, but shows an unparalleled level of care, which I’m grateful for. Dr. Calobrace pays attention to what you’re trying to say, has state of the art, cutting edge instruments and procedures. Plus the fact he is a presenter in multiple international conferences worldwide makes him stay on top of the latest research and techniques, which is why I trust him also. The results speak for themselves. He has done procedures in 3 other friends of mine and they all look great also.

I really love this place and have always had a great experience with my massage therapist. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the medical side of the business was disappointing. I had surgery overseas and developed a small fluid collection. Since aspiration is a common post-operative procedure, I paid $350 to be evaluated by the nurse and doctor and have the fluid drained. Prior to the procedure, I was not experiencing significant pain, warmth, or inflammation. However, later that same day, the area became extremely swollen…approximately three times larger than before-warm to the touch, inflamed, and very painful. I contacted the office the next day and was asked to send photos. Due to the severity of the pain and swelling, I went to see my primary care physician, who was concerned about a possible infection. When I called the office again to discuss what had happened following the aspiration, I felt my concerns were dismissed. I was told that my symptoms were not related to the procedure performed there, and that if I wanted them to evaluate the area, I would need to pay another $350. For me, this isn’t about the money. It’s about the lack of follow-up when a complication developed immediately after a procedure performed in their office. I would have appreciated a willingness to examine the area and determine what was going on rather than being told to schedule and pay for another full visit. That response was frustrating and disappointing. As someone who had been receiving massages there multiple times a week, this experience has unfortunately affected my confidence in the business as a whole. I recently canceled my upcoming massage appointments because I no longer feel as comfortable returning after how my concerns were handled. It’s disappointing, because I genuinely enjoyed coming here and had hoped to continue being a long-term client.
