I couldn’t be more appreciative for how the nurses at the surgery center took care of my mom! Brenda and Kayla you all are amazing, truly the most caring and nice nurses out there. They made sure my mom was comfortable at all times and had everything she needed. Thank you all!!!

Absolutely the utmost professional and friendly staff in the city!!! Every nurse was 100% in everything they did and watching the team work was fantastic!! I felt like I was taking a car in for repair. Had to pay $425 up front to get required surgery. Even with insurance. They say your health is their first concern. Obviously it is not. Be ready to pay if you have to go to Louisville surgery center. Gave one star because you have to pick a star. Update: My concern is not with the insurance or your cost for the procedure. My concern is with your "pay before we do something" policy. Maybe you could reread the post to better understand. To go into your office in pain than get hit with, if you don't pay now we aren't going to make you feel better, is just added stress. No other medical facility has made me do that. I was not given a detailed estimate. I wasJust told, "this is how much it is, give us your money". If I had that information I could talk to the insurance company. But I do not have it and was not expecting it. Your response only shows your lack of concern for the patients well being. I hope you have a good day and God bless. Update: 5/4/26 I found out that I was overcharged by $127.00. I was not afford a detailed estimate at the time of service. Refund could take 14-28 days. I had to pay my part at time of service.

Absolute deplorable place. I would not recommend Louisville Surgery Center. They failed to advise us and every single patient that walked in the door the day we were there of the expected costs ahead of time, and everyone was blindsided with a several hundred-dollar payment requirement upon arrival. This lack of communication and transparency is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the service was awful—disorganized and unprofessional. If you value clear communication, proper service, and avoiding unnecessary stress, do not use this facility.
