It was such a pleasure working with Dr. Youn Sagong at OMSI. I am so happy and impressed with the wonderful level of care that my mother received from Dr. Sagong and how organized, efficient, and helpful everyone at the office was. My mother had to get a tricky tooth extracted and also considered getting dental implants, and Dr. Sagong explained everything clearly, carefully, and in great detail. After the extraction, she healed perfectly. Dr. Sagong was so attentive to her needs and never pushed extra services. I trust him 100%. We will definitely be back if my mother or I need any oral surgery in the future!

The best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Sagong was amazing, super attentive, and caring. The staff here is so wonderful and sweet. I am terrified of the dentist but the staff helped me to face my fears. I can't recommend them enough!! Julianna at the front desk was the absolute best. Great experience!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Sagong at the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Institute. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and real in his approach. I came in for a consultation because I’m getting cosmetic work done but first needed to see an oral surgeon about a tooth that might have needed extraction. Dr. Sagong carefully explained everything to me, educated me on my options, and actually advised against an unnecessary extraction. He also pointed out something else to keep an eye on in the near future which I really appreciated. What stood out most was that he wasn’t just trying to push treatment—he genuinely wanted what was best for me. He gave me a lot of input and advice that made me feel well-informed and happy about my decision that I’ve been overthinking The staff was also nice and professional. They weren’t overly chatty or fake-friendly, which I actually appreciated. I think that’s why some reviews may come off differently, but I found the experience overall to be excellent. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sagong and his team if you’re looking for an oral surgeon who is honest, thorough, and caring.
