I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I am now one week post-op from a breast reduction, and I feel incredible. Not only do I feel great, but I am thrilled with the results. Dr. Romanelli and his team went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and comfortable from the initial consultation to post-op care. I have already recommended him to my friends and family. After seeing my recovery and the outstanding results, my mother even scheduled an appointment with him. The staff is exceptionally attentive and professional, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Romanelli and my entire rhinoplasty experience. The side by side comparison is right before surgery and now 5 months post op. I did not experience any pain after the surgery whatsoever (which I don’t even understand how that’s possible). The entire experience was great down to them asking what music I wanted to hear as I was being sedated on the table 😂. Best money I have ever spent

Just had my one week post op appointment today and let me just say this, 2 years ago i had a herniated disc removal & till this day experience still back pain unfortunately. My breast were too big, uncomfortable and my posture was just horrible which did not help my back issues. Today, exactly 1 week since my breast reduction, i can honestly truly say, my posture has improved SO MUCH. I feel lighter, more confident, i look amazing & everything is healing well. Both Dr Romanelli & his office are truly so amazing. Extremely grateful for this great experience

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. James Romanelli and I have nothing but great things to say! He is so sweet and makes you feel really comfortable. From my consultation to the surgery everything went amazingly. I showed him pictures of something I wanted done and he delivered. Its only been 2 weeks and I feel great!
