Dr. Sterling and the nurses at UAMS Plastic Surgery are fantastic. I had breast cancer with a complete mastectomy and reconstruction. I am absolutely thrilled with my reconstruction journey. Dr. Sterling is an excellent surgeon, and the aesthetics are beyond my expectations. The nurses, particularly Kelsey and Indie who I have seen the most, are so empathetic, sincere and knowledgeable. They listen to all of my questions and concerns and make me feel so comfortable and heard. I’m getting the absolute best care from this team during a difficult time in my health journey. Highly recommend.

Plastics clinic is one of the best. Everyone was nice from beginning to end! Dr. Sterling is always friendly, make you feel comfortable and listen to your concerns. The PA was also great and very knowledgeable. Topeaka is a great nurse, always keeping me informed of what I need. The entire team is great.

Dr Sterling was great as well as the rest of the staff. He was very patient and took a lot of time explaining how my procedure would work best for me. Kelsey and Topeka were also amazing. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Dr. Sterling and his team was amazing. This has been one of my best experiences when it comes to anything healthcare. The people at the front desk were always friendly. Allie was always friendly and helpful. Topeka always followed up quickly. If there was something she needed to do, she completed it and then called and let you know it was done. Kelsie was great and very knowledgeable. And finally Dr. Sterling was amazing. He always made you feel that he had all the time in the world. He listened and answered questions. Explained everything. I described exactly what I wanted and he was able to give me those results. He sent me home with all the information I need for before and after my procedure. He was very involved in how I was recovering during my first night and even after! I would definitely recommend him. I am 3 months out and everything g has healed with no problems.
