Dr Monteith is a wonderful dr, I had my first spiel fusion at stmarys wv in August of 2022, i thought I was in pain before but afterwards my pain was more beyond unbearable! I couldn't stand up straight at all id cry almost everyday, I lost all hope I couldn't step into a store for 3 years I felt with this i was only in my 50s thought I had to live this way forever till I found dr Motiei, he said I can fix you, yes of course i was beyond scared. He said you will walk again on your own and I'm now 6 months post-op it was a 2 day surgery I lost tons of blood during my surgery but I was dependent on a walker everyday, but I can walk now on my own ive got 36 screws up down my spine but im alive and know I owe it all to God first then my dr, I admit this cold weather makes it hurt daily but I was told that! But its so bearable! If you see no hope out there and want your life back go to Lexington ky see this doctor because of him I got my ht back no more walkers. I do light house work I cook I can take my own showers , need my daughter's help every now and then but I know I will only get stronger. Thank you beyond words dr Motiei!!, had a 14teen day hospital stay but it was all worth it. I'd give him a 10 . Don't ever give up!! This was April 2025 He was and is to me the doctor of all doctor's!! ❤️ and beyond grateful, my husband stayed sick himself but help me everyday, he was a wonderful man and wanted me better . It breaks my heart because unfortunately he passed away suddenly 4 days after I got to come home 💔 just wish he'd lived and to see me walk on my own again. Thats the story that will hurt me forever! Ever who reads this keep me & family in your prayers! I just wanted to share this good - and bad about this amazing doctor. He would be so happy for me.

Dr. Motiei is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. He is kindhearted and cares for his patients so much. I was in a lot of pain that I thought would never go away, but after Dr. Motiei performed my back surgery, my pain has subsided. I am thankful for Dr. Motiei and highly recommend him to anyone. If I could give him 10 stars I would. God bless.

Dr Motiei is amazing. I have had to totally different surgeries done by him. The first one was C5-6 fusion. I was very happy with the care that I received by his Fellow’s. If I had any complaints Dr Motiei made sure it was taken care of immediately. My second surgery was s1-l5-l4 was 4 months later and as with the first I received the best care and was taken very well care of. Dr Motiei’s Office people are all super friendly and so helpful. If you use your patient portal to send a message they get back to you pretty quickly. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Motiei.

He is my husbands surgeon and he did a wonderful job on my husbands back-his recovery has been very good-we go back for follow up in couple days-very impressed with him thus far-my husband had an extensive surgery and has done very well with Dr Motiei and the good Lords help! 🙌🏻 God!

He is a highly skilled doctor and very knd hearted. Performs his duty very maticulously
