Dr. Lanfranchi only touches on areas that will improve and refresh your look. He does not have a cookie cutter approach and does not leave you with a Ken Doll plastic face. All procedures are completed in the office, in as little as an hour or two for some procedures. Recovery time is also as quick as a week or two. The cost is so well worth it to turn back the clock 10 years or more. The mental benefits of looking in the mirror and seeing a 'younger, healthier' looking you are also tremendous. There is no pressure to do more than you are comfortable doing. Whatever the procedure, the follow-up care continues for several months to ensure you are healing as expected and seeing the results you wanted. OMG best thing I ever did for myself. I am 66 and in the last 2 years my face wrinkled up bad. Honestly it depressed me every time I would see my face and neck in a restaurant mirror. I have always had nice skin until my 45 lb weight loss. Keto based. I had the neck and lower facelift for n February of 2026. I had a lower face and neck lift with Dr. Lanfranchi in June 2024 and I'm in love with my results! At age 50 and following a 60 lb weight loss, my neck was in very sad shape. After researching doctors and types of procedures, I felt really good about Dr. Lanfranchi's experience and track record. Then after meeting him, I realized he is also incredibly intelligent and down to earth. I like that he performs procedures under local anesthesia--it might sound scary, but it's really a non-issue. I slept through most of the procedure and didn't feel any pain. Recovery was also pain- free, but you do have to trust the process. The swelling and bruising look a little alarming the first couple of days, but resolve quickly. The entire staff at Lanfranchi Center is also amazingly attentive and responsive. Dr, Lanfranchi perform a procedure on my chin on February 2025, He kept saying, takes time to improve, now is November 2025 I haven’t seen any improvement even got worse and I paid $13,000 almost $14,000 I seen zero improvement. $14,000 went down to the drain. I’m not sure why he is five star Doctor!! Every time I Google five star plastic surgeon, his picture comes first It’s unbelievable. Just be careful people.
