My partner came to Spring Mountain Medical Spa, Dr. Rafael Okamoto, due to trigeminal neuralgia. He had tried other dentists, doctors, pain centers, etc. to no avail. Dr. O took the time to listen, research , order appropriate testing....in short, the FIRST medical professional to really help. He is the BEST.

I’d give this 10 stars if I could. I am an avid Botox/Dysport customer as a marathon runner I metabolize it quickly. My regular clinic is in Scottsdale but live in NV now. I found this place on IG. Phenomenal, attentive service and I’ve never had quicker results. The pics you see were within 5 days of treatment. Everyone will see different results but I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend!!! Thank you Dr Okakoto!

Thanks for making me feel beautiful! Dr. O is great at what he does. He strives to be perfect in each procedure. He is honest in his art. I've been here several times and not one visit doubted me of this place. Staff are gentle and don't rush sales. Gentle, kind, and warming environment and state of the art, quality experience. I guess the only thing I would say different is that when they say they will call you back with pricing, they forget, or they just don't call back as they told you they would...

I scheduled an appointment with this company because they advertised letybo at $6 per unit. What they failed to mention anywhere in their promotion is that you are required to purchase a minimum of 100 units to actually receive that price. I only found this out once I arrived at my appointment. I always only get 50 units of Botox. I would have appreciated this information being made clear upfront, as it would have saved me time and the long drive. Transparency is very important, especially when it comes to medical aesthetics, and unfortunately, this experience felt misleading.
