Dr. Baynosa, Casey, and Cece are my earth angels. They were able to give me back my life after suffering through merciless radiation and then a bilateral mastectomy after a second breast cancer diagnosis. I can’t say enough good things about my results. I’m 46 years old and looking great in a bikini thanks to this group. If you’re looking for a competent breast surgeon, Dr. B will not disappoint. He and his team are miracle workers! I can’t thank you all enough, UNLV Plastics!! -Alexa R., Henderson, NV

Dr. Richard Baynosa and his staff are excellent. Dr. Baynosa is an excellent reconstructive surgeon, best one in town, he is knows exactly what he is doing and is a perfectionist. He listens to you and educates you for the best outcome, by far he did the best job reconstructing my breasts after cancer. No scars, which is amazing, perfect symmetry and way better outcome than I could ever imagine. Arely who is his medical assistant has done so much for me through one of the worst times of my life, she was there to help, explain, educate and played a key role in my decision making, a God send both of them. I highly recommend Dr. Richard Baynosa and his staff for any type of reconstruction surgery, they are excellent and amazing people who treat you like family! I would have been lost without Arely his assistant during the process, she went above and beyond.

He's an absolute butcher. But maybe he treats cash patients seeing him for vanity surgery better than patient with insurance for a medical need. God forbid you ask for pain medication after a complete bilateral mastectomy (Done by his lovely wife she did an amazing job) and then he does a reduction style incision and places tissue expanders before standard implants. Oh, and if you see his completely incompetent PA Casey, good luck. She'll just pawn you off in an inept medical assistant and then forget to write your notes. Maybe my expander on one side really was defective and not popped by her, or the MA that told her she couldn't find the port. But hey, the front office that checks you in is usually great.

This Dr. Baynosa had my appointment cancelled after I waited over 2 months for it. They said they called me but they did not or why would I be there and they said the reason was he was all booked up with surgery until August. With talking with them then they said he was booked up on surgery until the end of the year. Which is it August or the end of the year. They couldn't even get their story right. A terrible office that's for sure and as far as the Doctor I never got to see him after waiting 2 months for my non appointment.
