Riverchase Dermatology - Lakewood Ranch

I am so happy to be able to go to Riverchase Dermatology for my skincare needs. They have a smooth check-in process and they are thorough during the appointment. The checking out process is also very quick and accurate as well as making it easy to make the next appointment. It was great to feel as though I am a valuable person instead of being condemned because I enjoy the sunshine. Very pleased with this business and their processes.

Riverchase is wonderful! They are helpful in scheduling and understanding when we need to reschedule. The doctors are careful to ensure they found all spots that need to be frozen and to identify any that need additional action.

First visit was efficient and I was very pleased with my drive core. She diagnosed something else that I was unaware of and they are treating me for it now. Second visit was equally as good. I like their follow up and the staff is friendly and efficient

This was my very first visit there and it was not going to be an easy one, until… Denise West came into the room and her personality immediately set me at ease. She odd extremely professional and she has such a sweet personality! She has definitely made me a repeat customer! She is awesome and the staff is great!!

My husband and I both see Dr. Falzone at Riverchase, and we are both very happy with the practice and the doctor. Our appointments have always been right on time. We usually get there 15 minutes early and have always been taken right in. Also, I don't feel rushed. It seems like the doctor is allowed to take the time they feel they need to with the patient. We have been patients for about three years now and our overall experience has always been positive.
