I had a procedure done here yesturday and was concerned about these reviews. There must be some changes from when these were posted because our experience was excellet. Everyone there was so nice and professional. I felt like I was in very good hands. They called me before my procedure date and gave very detailed and accurate instructions. I was even given an email with a document having all these instructions. My husband was explained everything from start to finish also. They made me feel comfortable and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great job from start to finish.

Thank you Surgery Center for making my day because I was nervous when we first got there. Your kindness made all the difference. I would recommend them to anyone.♥️

Very rude people that don't even care to learn about their patients. The lady didn't even get the names right of the people. She then asked for my number which I wasn't even a patient and told me she would call me instead of talking to me as a regular person even though I told her I was staying there the entire time and that all they had to do was call my name and I would come up to the desk. Makes no sense that they can't call their patients by the right name especially when it's an easy common name. Then they saw a man with his wife and was giving another woman his items. This place really needs to get their act together.

For the second time I had an appointment at this facility that got delayed several hours. The nurse in charge of scheduling had 41 procedures scheduled for my date. What kind of care can they provide the patients? She stated to me and another patient that we were told to expect to be there all day on the initial call. When both the other patient and myself refuted her misstatements of fact, she then placed blame on another person. I heard complaints throughout the small cramped waiting room. I heard stories where patients traveled two hours to attend there 11:30 a.m. appointment. When they were 30 minutes from arrival, they received a call stating come in two hours later. They did not get moved to the prep area until 4 p.m. Another gentleman was called in for a 10 o'clock appointment. He received a call about a delay when he was arriving at the facility. He didn't get brought back until after me an was wheeled in the surgery room at 4:36. He kept telling all who would listen that his wife could not drive when it was dark. The prep nurse was trying her best to get this gentleman moved up on the scheduled. This driving fact was relayed to the scheduling director at 3 pm. I heard him pleading around 4 p.m. of this fact. The center really cares about the care and safety of the patients. Just tell your Doctors to scheduled you elsewhere for procedures. I should have written a review the first time they caused me a 5 hour delay. I walked out , but first demanded a refund. It took a little bit of arguing and threatening a lawsuit to get my money back. Yes, they demand payment when you first arrive and can care less about how long you wait after payment. I seen another review that commented on the person that check you in. They are probably accurate. She was rude and condescending during my visit also. Don't go here, go somewhere else.
