I don’t know why people are leaving 1 star reviews and complaining. I had surgery done today (03/06/2025) and every single person there was amazing. Dr. Anazlone (I believe I spelled his name right) is an amazing doctor. The nursing staff and the anesthesiologists that helped me and were talking to me about my surgery were incredible. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and so caring and the billing lady was soooo nice and helpful. I am terrified of surgery and was so scared when I went in but every body in this hospital was AMAZING. I felt like I was being treated like royalty. They were so kind, respectful, funny and just so great. I am truly thankful I had such a wonderful team today. Thank you guys for everything that you do!

Our little girl has a way of lighting up any room she walks into, and at Park Place Surgical Hospital, she did exactly that—thanks to the incredible team there! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every single person we encountered—the nurses, receptionist, doctors, anesthesiologist, and everyone else—was beyond kind and caring. They truly went above and beyond to make her feel safe, comfortable, and loved. They showered her with so much attention and affection, treating her like family, even giving her a stuffed animal, a unicorn toy, and highlighters so she could color to her heart’s content! Seeing her laugh, play, and feel at home made the whole experience so much easier for us. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to everyone at Park Place Surgical Hospital who helped our sweet girl feel like she was right where she belonged. We are deeply grateful for all you’ve done for our family!

I had the best anesthesiologist who comforted me during the nerve block before my surgery. The check in for outpatient surgery was also extremely kind. Pre-op nurses were very audible so I would know everything going on. They deserves 5/5 stars. BUT the surgical team was late and the tech who was assisting after was rude and quick to fuss at me even though I had just woken up from anesthesia and couldn't comprehend what she was saying.

I had lower back injections: They nurse didn't give me the medication to put me to sleep. I felt every injection across my back. I told the physician I felt it and his response was we are almost done. After the procedure was complete, I stood up and walked out of the surgical hospital. I live two hours from the surgical hospital and I was in excruciating pain the entire way home and the rest of the day. This was a terrible experience and I will never use the physician or this facility ever again.
