From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. The entire staff was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I was extremely nervous about having a biopsy, but my ultrasound tech, Nicole, was truly an angel. She was patient, gentle, and so calming—her kindness made an experience I was dreading so much easier. She’ll probably never know how much of a difference she made for me that day. My nurse, Sandy, was also wonderful. She explained each step, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and treated me with so much compassion. Between Nicole, Sandy, and the rest of the team, I felt cared for and supported the whole time. It’s clear this office not only provides excellent medical care but also goes above and beyond to treat patients with empathy and respect. I’m so grateful for the kindness I received and would recommend this team to anyone in need of care.

I went to the Ochsner Breast Center and received wonderful care from the front desk, person that performed my mammogram (Megan, I believe) and my ultrasound. Sandy Hebert was a fabulous on answering my questions regarding my reports and scheduling my return ultrasound and diagnostic mammogram.
