This is the best hospital ive ever been to! The staff is phenomenal ! Its clean, super organized and everyone s on their toes. Theyre also incredibly caring and kind. All three times ive been there!

I have to honestly say thank you to everyone at the Lafayette surgical specialty hospital. I went have some shots done in my spine and these people were the absolute best service I have ever had. They were extremely friendly, kind, very soft-spoken learned my name and took the time out to explain every detailed thing that was going to happen. I have never in my entire life had such amazing service and I have been through quite a bit of surgical procedures and never like this. They are the best. Thank you so much to y'all all of y'all. Y'all were truly amazing. Me and my husband thought that y'all were the best. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a procedure done. Anyone they are top notch!!!

I was in need of surgery last week, to address a long standing sinus issue. Working with our local ENT surgeon, the procedure was arranged for last Tuesday. The pre-operation screening, lab tests, and x-rays were very easy and professional. Following this, the Surgical Center called with the time to arrive and pre-surgical instructions. Arriving at the Surgical Center, the staff and surgical team was terrific. The facility is immaculate and run so effectively. The pre surgery consultation with the anesthesiologist and surgical nurses was smooth and professional and informative. The procedure was very smooth and successful. Post operation, the recovery and care was constant and included my family. Leaving the Hospital was very quick. Even at home, the Surgical Hospital called to check on my progress and overall experience at the Hospital. Thank you for the excellent service and care.

I took my 5 year old son here for the first time to get tubes put in and adenoids removed. Dr Durel and all of the nurses were absolutely amazing. I have 0 complaints. They were so sweet to him. Had coloring sheets ready. Waited till he was asleep to do the things that were stressing him out. The hospital gown was even soft and nice. I absolutely recommend them if you have kids. They put my mind at ease that he was in good care.

It is the responsibilty of the facility to explain what the charges will be ahead of time after insurance, not to clearly say one thing and then do another. As far as the services that they provide and the nurses all excellent there, my daughter was well taken care of. But for a surgery that wasn't even medically necessary, to not be honest up front when repeatedly asked about costs and then for the management to not want to take any responsibility for anything is not surprising. They take advantage of people financially every day. My bill is multiple times what i was told that i would owe after insurance.
