Dr. Gregory Duplechain - ENT Specialist

Excellent Care. Dr. Duplechain took the time to listen to me and was truly concerned. I I have been a nurse for over 40 years and I have met many of doctors. You lean to know which ones want to get you out really fast and move on to the next patient. That was definitely NOT the case. He took the time to listen and never cut me off once from describing my situation. In my opinion, one of the best ENTs around. Thank you sir. Your time to actually listen means more than you know. I love this facility and the entire team. We went in to see Dr. Duplechain after a series of battles of sore throats for my teenage daughter. They discovered she needed emergency treatment at the surgery center followed by a tonsillectomy. We were very worried, but they took care of like one of their own family members. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and easy with the best service. We had to call the office 2 times after hours and they promptly called us back within a few minutes. Everyone was super friendly and Dr. Duplechain was super experienced and handled our situation with extreme care. I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone needing care. The front desk always gave us the answers we needed and appointments were made with ease. Love this team!

Dr. Duplechain is an amazing doctor and surgeon! He explained my son's complex issues with clarity and compassion. After the necessary surgery yesterday morning, my son is recovering beautifully beyond expectations. The front office staff and nurses are awesome and proficient as well. I highly recommend. We recently found a lump in my sons throat and after rounds of blood work and testing with his pediatrician and still no answer we were told we would need to see an ENT. I immediately chose Dr. Duplechain as he was my ENT when I was a child. His knowledge and expertise in his field is remarkable. He was able to look at my sons scans and tell us exactly what it was and we scheduled surgery that day to remove it. He is amazing with kids and his bed side manner is unmatched. He left my son with little to no scar and has been wonderful with answering all of our post op questions. His nurses and staff also go above and beyond for their patients! I would highly recommend Dr. Duplechain for any and all ENT needs!

I will never return. I went to him for dizziness and headaches that had been occurring for a while. I was thinking vertigo after cardio found nothing. He said it wasn’t vertigo very flippantly. Didn’t even test me or read the detailed notes I gave the nurse. I heard him talking in the room next me and he walked out and right into my room, slouched down in his chair non-chalantly and asked why I was there. He was so arrogant, dismissive and suggested it could be because I’m over weight or having anxiety or even joked about being crazy. He even suggested a brain tumor but said a neurologist won’t see me without an MRI, unfortunately. UPDATE: ER doc sent me home with vertigo medication and I feel 100% now. Thank you Dr. Duplechain for dismissing me! I went straight from his office to the ER (per my primary care’s suggestion when I called her from the parking lot after). The first thing they asked me after listening to my symptoms was had I ever had vertigo.
