Awesome staff!! I mean I was there with my son for a hour or two but real pleasant, real professional, very courteous, and the time they took to do the procedure actually was not long at all. I expected to be there for hours, but due to the professionalism of the staff and the experience of the doctor, he got us in and out! I would recommend Cypress Bend to everyone even the girls at the front desk were awesome. I also give them five stars so once again thank you guys and girls. I really enjoyed the brief time. We had a confusing referral process and the receptionists at Cypress Bend took time to iron out the details on the referral side and get the appointment scheduled. Nurse Lacy took her time to explain the X-rays and what needed to be done. I am so thankful for this staff taking their time to make sure we all understood the process and were clear on what needed to be done & why. Would highly recommend!

All of the assistants are literally AMAZING. Dr. Stanford is very straight forward (which i like) and made the process quick and easy for my consultation. Everyone in the office also made the process so easy peasy, and now my appointment is coming real soon. Thank you Bailey for being so sweet, helpful and supportive through the whole thing.
