I got my facial done by Ella Wood. She was the sweetest thing and provided the best care! I would have never guessed this was only the beginning of her career. Y’all go to her if you want the best work!

Please note that my brows in the attached photo are completely my fault and have nothing to do with this wonderful establishment 😂 Gabbie is the only person I go to for my lashes!! Every time I get them done, I come out feeling like a new woman. She’s careful and well-practiced, and I know for a fact her training and knowledge is ever-expanding! I’ve also had my face dermaplaned by Gabbie twice and loved the results each time. If you’re looking to do a little self care, why not support a local, family-owned business like Ciao Bella?

I got a dermaplane facial with Ella. It was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing!

I made an appointment and when I showed up on time all the lights were off and the door locked. I was never notified that my appointment was canceled I had a good 25 minutes drive just for nothing. This speaks volumes of this establishment with such horrible customer service. I guess things happen for a reason I am better off not trusting my face to them . Never again

Gabbie was very nice, and I went in for eyelash extensions, and I sat there for 4 HOURS. She didn’t even finish the outer 30% of one of my eyes. Not to mention, I left with dried glue on my face and glue still in my eye. I was just ready to leave at that point. I never like to write bad reviews, but I wanted to let people know. I’ll stick to amazing lash studio.
