Very pleased with the care I've received! My husband & I have both been patients for over 10 years & have no complaints! I really appreciate that they take care of so many things (primary care, gynecological, hormones, basic neurological Rx, aesthetic services, etc) so I don't have to see a different doctor's office for everything.

I honestly do not know what’s going on with this office but today I went early because I needed to update changes with to my information. I told front desk when I checked in, then the first girl once I was given a room, another who took my blood pressure then finally someone who confirmed my prescriptions. Everyone I encountered I updated my information with. Keep in mind this was an appointment that lasted less than 30 minutes and when I received my prescription my information was not updated. What really is disappointing is that when I first started going there a few years ago, I had many questions and concerns. This office was on woman’s health where I felt comfortable talking about my changes. Today I received nothing ! Not even the update of my name that I told 4 people was received. In and out and pay your fees .Very disappointed

I would not recommend establishing care as a patient at this office. In my experience, the nurse practitioners do not truly listen to patients’ concerns. I recently had an appointment due to some health concerns, and instead of addressing what I was explaining, the provider (NP) suggested that I quit my job as if that were a simple solution. She immediately wanted to prescribe medication without fully discussing my symptoms or showing much concern for what I was experiencing. I left feeling like my worries were dismissed rather than taken seriously. Because of this experience, I withdrew myself from the clinic the following week. I did not feel that the staff showed compassion or empathy toward patients. I also did not feel comfortable with the overall environment. At times it felt unwelcoming, particularly as a person of color. Some staff members, including individuals who appeared to be shadowing, gave uncomfortable looks that came across as unprofessional. Overall, my experience left me feeling unheard and unsupported, which is not what patients should feel when seeking medical care.

Awful!!!! Do not see Dr Erin the nurse practitioner. Her bed side manner is awful. $170 cash price and it takes her 4 days to look at labs because she was too busy having coffee from a contrave rep to look at them. Then wants me to pay another $170 for a phone call appointment. She was 45 mins late, the nurses did more than she did. And she was stand offish, rude, and acted as if I was a bother to be there. I have left messages twice to speak to an office manager or the doctors office head doctor and neither returns phone calls. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. And I’m not a new client. A returning client that they asked to come back. Don’t waste your time and money. Over priced and rude
