Dr. Amini was an exceptional oral surgeon, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He performed my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal and from the very beginning, he was incredibly thorough with his explanations, patiently walking us through every detail of the procedure so both my daughter and I fully understood what to expect. This immediately helped ease our fears. What truly stood out was the level of follow-up and support after the surgery. Anytime something felt confusing or we had a concern, I was able to text Dr. Amini directly, and he responded very quickly, which was incredibly reassuring as a parent. Even during the holiday season, we asked if it would be possible to schedule a post-operative visit because we wanted to be absolutely sure everything was healing properly before our trip. Dr. Amini made the time to see us and carefully checked everything, giving us complete peace of mind. That level of availability and care truly goes above and beyond. He and his team were patient, kind, and never made us feel rushed. They took the time to explain every detail and made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. As a parent, that support meant everything. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I am extremely grateful for Dr. Amini’s professionalism, compassion, and dedication to his patients. My 15 year old recently had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Amini. Wonderful experience, from office staff, surgical assistants and surgeon. Procedure went very well, recovery was easy, they addressed all questions and concerns, and promptly responded to a follow up question after the surgery. Location was convenient for us. They came recommended by our family dentist. Would absolutely go through them again for any oral surgical needs.

The billing and front desk staff were very helpful, clearly explaining each step and patiently answering all my questions with kindness. For those of us who experience plenty of anxiety at even routine dental checkups, just the thought of having an oral surgery is nothing short of a nightmare. I’m glad however to have been referred to Cascadia for my procedure — Dr. Amini is patient, caring, obviously very good at what he does, and everyone on the friendly team here (from Sadaf and Mayra to Sherri, Tamara, and Ralph) helped make navigating the whole situation less stressful. Also much appreciated is the Kirkland office location for its convenience, as well as the practice setup for its relatively calm atmosphere. Would recommend!

Dr. Amini extracted my tooth last year, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain every step of the procedure beforehand, which really put me at ease. His team was also very kind and considerate, making both the pre-surgery and post-surgery process smooth and stress-free. I didn’t feel any pain during the extraction, and my recovery afterward was very easy thanks to the clear after-care instructions they provided. The office followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything was healing well. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated.
