My wife has been undergoing a series of surgeries and treatments for cancer. We have been working with Dr. Pena and her team for over a year. We have been treated with absolute respect and dignity the whole time. Patience, kindness, thoroughness and most importantly "listening" best describe the team's approach we have experienced. Dr aylward is truly heaven sent. Very professional and kind and related to all of her patients. I've met a few who speaks highly of her the way I have. But Doctor Powers is disgusting. She is the poor bedside manners everyone is talking about when they mention this clinic. She is very unprofessional and should not have a career here. In fact she needs to move out of our region and find something else to do so patients can have a good experience.

UH Plastics...but is indifferent and has NO bedside manners. For a "professional" office they really do a poor job.
