I had such a great experience getting Botox with Megan! Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she was also training someone during my appointment, which actually made the whole experience even better. She explained why she was placing Botox in certain areas and how it affects different muscles, so I felt like I was learning as I went. It was really reassuring to hear her thought process and see how intentional she is with her technique. You can tell she truly understands facial anatomy and cares about getting natural, balanced results. I left feeling confident not only in my results, but also in my understanding of the process. If you’re someone who likes to know the “why” behind what’s being done, Megan is amazing. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE this Med Spa 💫 The atmosphere is chic/elegant, the providers are all highly trained and knowledgeable, and they offer medical grade treatments. So far I’ve done: • VISIA Skin Analysis (VERY insightful !) • A Deluxe Hydrafacial • Brow lamination with wax & tint • Micro-needling (SkinPen) session • VI Chemical Peel • Dysport & lip filler Dr Botros, Megan (RN) and the two aestheticians are all professional, attentive and precise. The women are all down to Earth and genuinely care about you… which is sometimes hard to find. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin/face!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Megan was very professional and did a thorough consultation before my Dysport treatment. She is very good at what she does. She has a quiet confidence that gave me a piece of mind. I would highly suggest any of the providers!

I had a really disappointing experience with this practice, mainly due to poor communication and a lack of transparency. I initially went in for a consultation for IPL on my body. During the visit, I found it concerning that one nurse performs all procedures; injectables, laser treatments, IPL, and more. I would have much preferred to see specialized providers for different treatments, rather than one younger nurse handling everything. She didn’t come across as particularly confident in the treatments she was sharing with me, which didn’t instill much trust. What stood out most to me was that they were unable to provide any before-and-after photos of their work. I was told this was due to HIPAA, which honestly didn’t make sense. In my experience, reputable med spas routinely obtain client consent specifically so they can share results with potential patients. It’s standard practice and helps build trust. After my appointment, I followed up via email multiple times over the course of a few months, since I had been told photos would be shared with me. Unfortunately, I received little to no response and was repeatedly given vague explanations as to why they couldn’t provide them. I also noticed that their reviews and social media presence are very limited, which, combined with everything else, made it even harder to feel confident in moving forward. Overall, the lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism gave me a very uneasy feeling. This is marketed as a physician-led office, but based on my experience, something didn’t feel right. I ultimately chose not to move forward with treatment.
