Dr Martin is the VERY best . He goes above and beyond what a surgeon does. I was unable to shave my arm pits for several months, due to having expanders placed after my mastectomy. I would ask him often if I could shave and was always advised , no. It wasn’t wise due to risk of infection. During my reconstruction surgery, he took the time to shave my arm pits . Trust me, that was such an amazing act of kindness that was not apart of his job . I was in the hospital for three days after my Diep flap surgery. He came in every morning before the start of his long day and after his long day to check on me . Not only is his bedside manner impeccable. His work is comparable to Michelangelo. He is a magnificent sculpture. He was able to take a broken , breast cancer patient and create something so incredible. To look at my my breast with joy and gratitude. Many breast cancer survivors can not say the same thing . Dr Martin has a special gift of sculpting and helping women feel better than before . He is the absolute best . Best surgeon the Kansas City Area has .

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2019 and on may 31, 2019 my oncologist and Dr Martin performed surgery on me. Dr Martin did my reconstruction as well as a breast reduction at the time. When I initially met w/ Dr Martin I thought he was a bit stiff but I got a bit more familiar with home thru my checkup appts I realized hes a VERY good surgeon and he TRULY cares for his patients. He did an outstanding job on my breasts, hardly any scars....I highly recommend him!

Dr. Martin is the best. He cares about his patients and is an amazing surgeon . I highly recommend him . I just wish he could be my Dr. for everything !
