I couldn't have asked for a better doctor! From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Jao was EXCEPTIONAL. He took the time to answer all my questions, never made me feel rushed, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It was also clear from the way his team interacted with him that he is highly respected by his colleagues. My surgery went seamlessly, and my recovery has been smoother and better than I could have imagined. I’m so grateful to have been in such capable and caring hands!

He and his team are amazing (shout out to Grace!)! After going through extensive treatment for breast cancer, he did my reconstructive surgery. He asked me on the first appointment what my goal for reconstructive surgery was, and it caught me off guard because no one else ever asked. I told him that I just wanted to look like everybody else in clothes again. He did that and always asked how I felt about this or that. Honestly he did a better job than me at judging the new boobs, because he aims to meet your wants. I’m so thankful that he takes pride in his work. And I’m typically my biggest critic. But not only am I alive, but he gave me back my confidence! Thank goodness for him!

Dr Jao is a wonderful doctor! He takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. The office is quiet, calm and very clean. The nurses and other staff are all very welcoming, kind and funny. You can definitely tell that they all really enjoy their careers, as well as the company of one another. My results were OUTSTANDING, I couldn't be happier!

Dr Jao has an amazing bed side manner. He was thorough educating me before surgery. He always answered my question and checked in on me. His insicions were clean and precise. Finish work was exactly what I had asked for.
