UF Health Surgery - Jacksonville

just the worse customer service. the people who answer the phone mumble, ask for your name, number, dob, info like 6 times. I called the patient relations number and spoke with someone so i can give a formal complaint - they asked me a million questions before asking me what is the complaint. Then said someone will call me asap. Next day, Jade with patient relations calls me. Asks me A MILLION AND ONE questions. Seriously like I told her I dont want to give my DOB - Simply just want to leave my feedback about a phone call. She said she could not proceed with the complaint. i let her know I will go ahead and just leave the negative review online then. Wow!

I had to go see this Dr. 3 times for an office visit. Each Time I made the first available appointment knowing that Dr's are busy, and get behind...He was over an hour late the first 2 appointments due to being stuck in traffic. When I went for a seemingly simple out Pt. proceedure they had me literally wait all day stating that he had an emergency. Finally I book my follow up which I really wanted a professional Dr opinion on...Yup, I had to leave due to major anxiety vs anger problems....Again.....The staff tells me???? Guess...''THE DR. IS STUCK IN TRAFFIC, AND WILL BE HERE WHEN HE CAN''. I truly believe that he shows up late to work every day, and blames the traffic...I get it.. He is an important guy....I feel like he has no regaurd for his patients rather or not he sees them or not...Every one else in the world compensated for the traffic going to work... Apparently he is not like everyone else because we are on his schedule..

This office has been the worst medical provider ive ever experienced. Across the board…. Dr Bullard has literally gone out of her way to NOT provide me care. My experiences are shocking and disgusting, the lack of care and compassion is ungody. This single provider has me never wanting to renter a doc office again. This country/state are screwed long term.
