I went to Southpoint Surgery Center for cataract surgery. and was very satisfied with how things went. All the staff from the front desk to the post op were great. Each department was filled with friendly, patient and professional people. I would highly recommend this center for any eye surgery needed.

I recently underwent a procedure at Southpoint Surgery Center, and from my experience, I highly recommend their team. From the moment I walked in the door and received a warm greeting, to check in with the pleasant registration staff until the moment I was cleared to head home, the level of care was exemplary. ​The nursing staff was exceptional, attentive, empathetic, and thorough in explaining every step of the process. They ensured I felt comfortable and at ease. The facility itself is clean and well-organized, which instilled a great deal of confidence in the clinical environment. ​The professionalism and warmth shown by the entire surgical and support team made it a seamless process. My cataract surgeries were more of a pleasant experience due to the staff & doctors that work there. Thank you for making me as comfortable as possible! Shout out to Santiago! He’s so sweet & made me feel the most comfortable! Kristin was also good, but I felt she was a bit rushed since I was Dr. Maier’s last patient. And the sweet young lady that checked me in both times. I can’t remember her name, but she’s definitely an asset to the surgery center! What a sweetheart!

From the time I entered the building my present was acknowledged, the front desk staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. The check in was smooth; I back to seat and waited to be called. The lobby was very clean and comfortable. When I was being prepared for my surgery; the nurses talked to me about what they were about to do. They were very patient with me.

This was a very professional, kind, caring, and relaxing surgery center from the time I walked in until the time I left. The staff were wonderful. I have another surgery scheduled soon and have no anticipation or fears because I know I'll be in good hands. Thank you all for making my surgery such a success.
