#1 dermatology clinic in Jacksonville! I would recommend Dr. Shvartzman to anyone who is looking for any sort of skin-related surgical procedure! He is a very kind, patient, and extraordinarily educated man, and his staff are amazing. Gema, Ashley, and Amanda are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. They were fast, and although the procedure was lengthy (I was told it would be by another physician before hand, as Mohs procedures typically take a while), they were quick and very helpful, answering every one of the million questions I had about what was being done to my face. It’s been about three months now, and you can’t even tell anything had ever happened! Skin cancer is gone, and my face looks even better than before! I feel amazing knowing I look great, and my body is healthy. Just as I stated before, I would recommend Precision Dermatology to anyone looking for a new dermatology office, please give it a chance! I promise you will not regret it!

Dr. Shvartzman and the great people at Precision Dermatology are the BEST in the Jacksonville area. First, a huge shout out to Bridget who tracked me down to let me know I needed MOHs surgery on my arm. She may have saved my life because the spot looked totally harmless. Thank you, Julia England and her assistant, Gemma, for finding another spot I would never have seen. Kendall is an awesome medical assistant. Dr Shvartzmanus is knowledgeable and he makes sure you are as comfortable as possible during surgery. Jamie checked me out and she had done her homework. She knew my deductible was met so there was no need to demand money from me. First class place with a great physician and staff! I highly recommend this practice.

I have to say I had two little things done to my back and these ladies they're awesome Heather and I want to say Jenna or Julia. And the PA The one young lady actually braided my hair for me while I waited. I was having a little bit of a difficult time and the doctor started humming the song that was on And he brought me such relief and patience at that moment that I needed at most. These are some really really good people if you need anything done I recommend it highly go to them they are superb professional ,good ,good people.

My wife and I have both been patients of Dr Schwartzman..We both had good experiences in past . When I returned in 2025 we witnessed a huge change in his communication with myself as a patient. He failed to ever meet with privately one time to discuss my skin cancer. Every visit he has packed his office in Riverside with 50 to 60 patients. He has multiple treatment rooms. You wait in line like high powered assembly line. Some of his staff are great. Others not trained well. You receive about 5 minutes of his time while he completes your Mohs procedure. My wife was RN at Mayo Clinic. I was VP at Sinai Hospital Baltimore. One time my wife asked him out of frustration how many more procedures I would have before skin cancer removed?. He said don't worry you don't have the record of 18 Mohs procedures. Empathy and compassion have exited his practice. He is the only physician performing procedures. Strongly recommend read low patient reviews. Many other options for Mohs in JAX. Do your homework. Patients require more then few minutes with their surgeon 😷. Not someone maximizes profit. Read response to my review. It does not address the over crowded office with 50 patients, lack of empathy, communication , and never meeting privately with your physician. Just says great results. You can have great results and be treated with dignity and respect !

I went to the Riverside office and saw a PA had some lesions removed and I was billed the co-pay for the PA and for the physician that looked at the pathology because the PA is not licensed to bill pathology. When I tried to get this straightened out through the billing department, the person was very rude when I asked for a supervisor she hung up on me two times. I have left three messages for a supervisor with no call back. When I asked for the person's name she refused to give me her name. Now I am having to file a complaint with the insurance company as well as with my benefits administrator. The PA was fine. However if you have a billing issue it is very difficult to deal with the staff or have your messages returned. I would not recommend this office. This is a response to the Precision's reply to my review. My wife works in the industry and contacted our insurance carrier. It is not appropriate to charge 2 copays for one date of service when billed under one Tax ID number and address. Therefore, it is not standard practice as stated in their reply. Most patients would not question the billing when it matches the EOB. The very rude representative at the office stated that the Physician's assistant is not licensed to bill the pathology that is why the lab service was reported under the physician. Our insurance company agreed and reprocessed the claim with one copay. As far as verbal abuse, that was not the case. The representative did not agree with my wife and talked over her and that is why the rep disconnected the line. I have still not received a call back from a manager or supervisor as requested. This is why employees feel emboldened to speak to their customers any way they please when the person replying to the review states that they are the owner and approves of such treatment of their customers.
