WOW, the best surgery center experience ever!!! The staff was excellent. Thank you Ericka for your great pre-op and recovery care and to the entire staff for looking out for me. My second time having surgery at this center and they are consistent in delivering really high patient care. Thank you!

Went in for a procedure and the whole process was wonderful. From checking in to going home the team was on it! Very friendly and welcoming and very professional. Attentive and helpful, informative. I would go here again if I need any other procedures in the future. Very easy to get to and in a safe area with parking. Thumbs up to the team.

Dr. Kristin Caldow preformed my bilateral salpingectomy here. The staff are top notch. The anesthesiologist, Jason, was polite and great at helping me relax with conversation. The nurses are great- specially Monica! Monica took amazing care of me before and after my procedure.

As if undergoing a surgical procedure isn’t stressful enough, dealing with an unprofessional and unpleasant front desk staff made the experience almost intolerable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an unfriendly young woman who demanded an upfront co-pay of more than $300. I explained that, typically, I am billed after the procedure once our insurance has paid its portion. I was told the amount had already been processed through insurance and that the balance shown was my co-pay. To confirm, I immediately contacted Florida Blue, who informed me that no claim had yet been submitted. I requested an explanation of benefits or any documentation reflecting the balance due, but was told that billing is handled at a separate location and no contact information could be provided. When I asked to pay after insurance processed the claim, I was told I could either pay immediately or leave. Reluctantly, I paid so that my wife could proceed with her surgery. Following the procedure, I met with the surgeon, who advised that the surgery had been successful and without complications. However, despite our clear request for twilight sedation, my wife was placed under general anesthesia. As a result, she experienced severe nausea and dizziness. Within 45 minutes, we were told by nursing staff that we had to leave because the facility closes at 5 PM and only serves as a surgical site. My wife—still unable to stand or walk—had to be lifted into a wheelchair and then into our vehicle to go home and recover. Adding to our concerns, the facility’s sanitary conditions were unacceptable. Her recovery room lacked a biohazard container, and we observed used needles and IVs tossed into an open trash bin. There were even visible blood stains on the walls. (Photos attached.) Avoid this facility at all costs. For context, this is only the second review I’ve written in the past 15 years—which should tell you how strongly I feel about this experience.
