I am 5 months po from tummy tuck w/ muscle repair and lipo with Dr. Parks and couldn’t be happier with my results. After an almost 100lb weight loss (gastric bypass) and 2 c-sections, I was so unhappy with the way my midsection looked. Dr. Parks did such an amazing job not only with the surgery itself, but the before care, aftercare, and personalization with him and his office staff have been wonderful. I can text email or call anytime and always have a quick response. I traveled from the Pensacola area to Jacksonville to see Dr. Parks and will go back to him if I decide to have any other work done.

Dr. Parks provided an exceptional experience during my breast augmentation on August 5. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I appreciated how he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. What stood out the most was his commitment to patient care; he even gave my husband his cell phone number for any post-surgery questions, which made us feel well-supported. The results are amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Highly recommend Dr. Parks for anyone considering this procedure!

I came to him in pain after a previous surgery with another surgeon, and he not only repaired the issues beautifully—he gave me my comfort and confidence back. I’m now pain-free and absolutely thrilled with my results. Dr. Parks’ attention to detail, clear communication, and caring bedside manner made the entire experience so reassuring. Dr Parks and the staff have been amazing. I had a ruptured implant that I went to him to have replaced. The replacement capsulated, to no fault of his or mine. We discussed another replacement and proceeded. He ended up doing a 3rd surgery at my request. He totally listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to assure I was satisfied with my results. I went for my one week post op appointment yesterday he assured me everything was healing and settling great. I'm finally happy with the results. I reached out to Dr Parks at FPSG after his practice was recommended to me by another patient. I called on Friday, September 13th to schedule a consult and was given an all-in price of 10,999 to include the full tummy tuck, Lipo of my hips, abdomen and monds area and any muscle repair needing fixed. I scheduled my consult for the following week via telemed. My biggest requests were that I wanted to keep as much of my contouring as possible, didn’t want to look boxy or tacked down and wanted to be able to hide my scar. Had my consultation with Dr Parks and spoke to billing to move forward and schedule my procedure. I was given an updated quote of 13,999 for the same exact things discussed the week prior. After questioning, they did honor my original quote of 10,999. My procedure was scheduled for October 1st. I traveled to Jacksonville for this surgery. After having 4 kids and being physically active my whole life, I was hopeful this would be the final thing I needed to feel confident in my skin again. Right from the beginning, my drain on the right side wasn’t stitched properly and Dr had to restitch while I was awake on the table. Over the next two days, it became very irritated and loose, tugging and pulling on my scar and my husband was instructed to just pull it out himself (this was within the first 48 hours post surgery). We traveled back home October 3rd and began the recovery process. Throughout the months of recovery following the procedure, I developed “dog ears” on both sides of my hips. My belly button also was completely flat with the stitches on the outside creating what looked like a bullseye. I let Dr Parks know of my concerns and he offered to try and fix them in the office under local anesthesia. So we made another trip back to Jacksonville in February for this. After another 4 months of recovery from the follow up procedure, we are now 8 months post original surgery. The swelling has gone away and this should be a true indication of the final result. Instead, I have a flat belly button (zero depth whatsoever) with scaring across the outside, extra skin and fat deposits along the tummy tuck scar and my entire torso is shaped like a box with no contours. I expressed my concerns to Dr Parks again, and he recommended yet another revision with the addition of multiple radiation treatments on my belly (at about $1500 each), and going on Ozempic. He also stated that they did NOT do liposuction on my hips during the initial surgery (as stated in the quote). I understand you can’t predict results, but this is his area of expertise and I feel that the results should have been far better than they are. I looked better before this surgery than I do now. I honestly just want what I asked for and paid so much money for. I trusted Dr Parks and his team to provide what they promised. Instead, they are now offering a little bit here, a little bit there and it’s all adding up to be quite costly (and quite honestly feels like they are just trying to recoup money from the initial consultation since their prices had changed). I have now had to seek out additional surgeons (and spend thousands more) to find someone who can fix what Dr Parks did to me. I am incredibly disappointed in this entire process and would not recommend Dr Parks to anyone considering a tummy tuck. I also feel as though Dr Parks’ office owes me a refund for the procedures they did not complete that were on the quote (Lipo of hips, arnica for bruising, scar gel, etc) and the fact that I’m having to have this horrible work fixed.
