⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first visit for a facial skin consultation, and I’m still in the middle of my treatment plan. However, my first impression was excellent. The doctor was very caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. One thing that really stood out to me was that they did not try to pressure me into buying products. Many places focus on selling as many products as possible, but here the doctor only recommended what was truly necessary. They even explained where and how I could purchase certain products at a better price, which honestly impressed me. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I’m hopeful that my treatment will have great results, and I’m already planning to bring my younger sister here for treatment as well.

I went in two separate times for two different concerns and each time Michelle made me feel heard. She took the time to listen to my concerns and allowed me to explain what’s been going on with my skin and what i’ve been doing with my home skincare. She seemed to really take pride in patient care. I will definitely continue to go to her! The only downside is the reception area doesn’t come off friendly.

As a new patient, I was impressed with my entire visit. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Mudjar assisted by Alex performed a small procedure. I immediately felt I was in good hands. They explained exactly what they were doing and answered all my questions.

I work in the healthcare and have worked front desk receptionist for over 10 years. I know how to be professional and well mannered! This place, from the first time until the last just rude! They never answer their phone and would always have to leave a voicemail to have someone return my call. Honestly would have to leave more than one voicemail. The communication is just awful. If I ask a question they are not personable at all. It’s common sense to look up a patient and read into their medical chart to understand what I am asking or referring to… but every single time I speak to someone they don’t know my medical information that they have access to and ask run around questions. They have to get more information and call me back. It’s just ridiculous. I have never dealt with a clinic so unorganized. I will not recommend or refer any person to go here. If their employees are no longer there I can only wonder why? Get it together.

I visited your office this week to see Zachary; however, prior to my appointment, I experienced difficulty getting a return call regarding my prescription. After multiple attempts to contact the office, I was finally able to reach someone at the front desk on my third call. The representative I spoke with was Leighann. During the conversation, I explained that I had been calling about my prescription and was concerned that no one had returned my calls. While I was attempting to explain the situation, I felt that I was interrupted before I could fully express my concerns. Leighann then requested my information and advised that the office was working on my prescription. I asked why I had not received a callback or any update regarding the matter, and she responded, “I don’t know, I work at the front desk.” I was very surprised and disappointed by this interaction, as I have never experienced this level of customer service from your office before. I wanted to share this feedback because I believe communication and professionalism are extremely important, especially when it comes to patient care. If needed, you may review the call records. The call took place on 5/13 between approximately 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM. Throughout the conversation, I remained calm and respectful and did not display any attitude or hostility.
