I found out about this place from an influencer that I follow. I was in the area with a couple of girlfriends having lunch across the parking lot. As I was leaving I noticed the Med Spa and made an appointment for a facial. The service I got is called a hydro-facial and it is amazing. I kid you not for the next few days my friends were commenting that I looked glowing and asked what I was doing. I had such a nice experience that I gladly told them about my secret. True Care is a nice place, it was fancy like a day spa at the Wynn or the Bellagio. The staff was sweet and they totally take care of you. The girl that performed my service was Jessie or Jessica and she was great. I can't believe the response that I have gotten from friend and family since I got the facial. I was super happy with the facial, but the fact that others noticed the difference for days just made me such a happy customer. Will definitely go back when in the area.

I’ve been to a lot of places in orange county and True Care cosmetic surgery. Irvine was absolutely amazing. The doctor there is so honest it’s kind of refreshing. I wanted more filler and I had an idea of what I wanted but he literally was like not going to let me do it because he thought that the results wouldn’t be that great we made other suggestions and I got amazing care and ended up doing the Morpheus eight and I love my results. I’m going to do it again in a couple months, but I just really felt taken care of and the customer service was beyond.

I had thermage with Diana at this location. The results were kind of incredible subtle, but no downtime and they get better every day. I can’t wait to see my results in three months. And. Dr. Farzaneh is super awesome. I don’t think I’ve ever met a surgeon who is so knowledgeable and care so much about the patient. There are a lot of choices in Orange County, but none that I know of that have such incredible customer service and don’t push anything on you that’s not truly beneficial.
